So, what is Brown Dwarf?
We are a fledgling, co-operative record label founded by a small troupe of friends. Brown Dwarf is based both in California, USA as well as Johor, Malaysia (although at present, we're all scattered around the place, which probably makes sense).
What kind of music will we be getting behind?
Although we're all very much into the heavier forms of music, we each have our own eclectic tastes that will reflect in our future releases. We're just here to put out the music we like and feel deserves more attention. Ultimately, it's all about the depth and density of the music. Hopefully you can get as excited about the music we release as we are!
When will we be getting this train in motion?
We're presently sorting out the details for our initial releases. There's hardly much to say about it all yet, so we'll be sure to provide updates as they come.
With all of that said, we welcome you to our quaint little community of music junkies and format nerds.
